Advising over 20 transactions with financing volume over USD 1 bn in a variety of industries including but not limited to textile, energy, construction, finance, real estate, construction materials, etc.
Advising financings include ECA loans, project finance loans, commercial loans, mezzanines, real estate financings, restructurings and Islamic finance products.
The role includes management financial structuring, client management, managing the relations on the financier and client sides and coordinating all the processes until the closing of debt transactions.
